1. General Information

Grand Pool ("Grand Pool", "Pool", "we", "us", or "our") operates a multi-cryptocurrency mining pool accessible at grandpool.io (the "Website"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mining pool services, statistics dashboard, payout systems, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

The term "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that connects mining equipment to Grand Pool servers, accesses the Website, or otherwise uses the Services.

Grand Pool reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.

2. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
• Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your country or jurisdiction of residence;
• You are in compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a person or entity under economic sanctions or export controls imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States (including OFAC), or any other applicable governmental authority;
• You do not reside in, are not a citizen of, and are not located in any Restricted Jurisdiction (as defined below).

"Restricted Jurisdictions" include, but are not limited to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country or territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions at the time of your use of the Services.

Grand Pool reserves the right to implement geoblocking, IP filtering, and address screening measures to enforce these restrictions at its sole discretion. If Grand Pool determines that a User is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, it may suspend or terminate access to the Services without prior notice.

3. How to Use Grand Pool

Grand Pool does not require account registration. To begin mining, configure your mining equipment to connect to Grand Pool servers using a valid cryptocurrency wallet address as your username. By doing so, you agree to these Terms.

Grand Pool currently supports mining of the following cryptocurrencies: DigiByte (DGB), Peercoin (PPC), Iron Fish (IRON), Xelis (XEL), Nexa (NEXA), Zcash (ZEC), and other coins listed on the Website from time to time.

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing a correct and valid wallet address for each supported coin. Grand Pool is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or inaccessible addresses;
• Ensuring your mining hardware is properly configured and maintained;
• All electricity costs, internet access costs, and hardware-related expenses associated with your mining activity;
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to cryptocurrency mining in your jurisdiction.

4. Reward Schemes and Payouts

4.1 Reward Calculation Methods

Grand Pool supports the following reward calculation schemes depending on the coin and pool type:

• PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares): Rewards are distributed to miners proportionally based on their contributed shares within the last N shares submitted to the pool. This scheme is designed to discourage pool hopping.
• SOLO: The full block reward is credited to the miner who finds the block. Other miners receive no reward for that block.
• PROP (Proportional): Block rewards are distributed proportionally among all miners who contributed shares during the round in which the block was found.

The applicable scheme for each coin is indicated on the respective coin page on the Website.

4.2 Pool Fee and Fee Changes

Grand Pool charges a fee deducted from block rewards before distribution to miners. The applicable fee rate for each coin and pool type is displayed on the respective coin page on the Website.

Grand Pool reserves the right to change the fee rate for any coin or pool type at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The updated fee rate will be reflected on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new rate.

4.3 Operational Blocks

In addition to the standard per-reward fee, Grand Pool periodically claims full block rewards for its own account as a means of covering operational infrastructure costs ("Operational Blocks"). The full reward of an Operational Block, including any transaction fees included in that block, is retained by Grand Pool and is not distributed to miners.

Operational Blocks are applied as follows: every Nth consecutively found block per coin pool is designated as an Operational Block, where N is defined for each supported coin as set out below:

• Xelis (XEL): every 5th block
• Iron Fish (IRON): every 4th block
• Nexa (NEXA): every 3rd block
• DigiByte (DGB): every 3rd block
• Zcash (ZEC): every 3rd block
• Peercoin (PPC): every 3rd block

Grand Pool reserves the right to adjust the Operational Block interval for any coin at its sole discretion. Any such change will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms published on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised intervals.

By connecting mining equipment to Grand Pool servers, you acknowledge and accept the Operational Block mechanism described in this section.

4.4 Minimum Payout Threshold

Payouts are processed automatically once the accumulated balance for a given wallet address reaches the minimum payout threshold for the respective coin. The minimum threshold for each coin is listed on the Website. Balances below the minimum threshold will not be paid out.

4.5 Payout Restrictions

Rewards may only be sent to the wallet address associated with your mining activity. Wallet balances cannot be merged across different addresses. Grand Pool does not act as a wallet, exchange, or custodian. It is your responsibility to ensure your wallet address is secure and that you retain access to it.

4.6 Inactive Addresses

If a wallet address shows no mining activity for a continuous period of 90 days, Grand Pool reserves the right to reset the accumulated balance of that address. Any balance remaining at the time of reset shall be treated as a donation to Grand Pool and will not be recoverable. Grand Pool may, at its sole discretion, attempt to notify Users prior to balance reset, but is under no obligation to do so.

5. Prohibited Use

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use stolen, hijacked, or otherwise illegally obtained computing equipment (botnets, malware-infected devices, or similar);
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Services;
• Deliberately submit invalid shares or otherwise attempt to disrupt pool operations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Grand Pool's systems, servers, or other Users' data;
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Impersonate Grand Pool or misrepresent your affiliation with Grand Pool;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Grand Pool software.

In the event of any abuse, including but not limited to submission of deliberately invalid job solutions, Grand Pool reserves the right to block the offending wallet address, freeze pending payouts, reset the balance, and refuse future connections from the associated mining equipment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

GRAND POOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the pool or the Website;
• Any specific amount of rewards or profitability from mining;
• The stability or value of any mined cryptocurrency.

GRAND POOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• DDoS attacks, hosting provider failures, or internet disruptions;
• Cryptocurrency network failures, forks, protocol changes, or blockchain reorganizations;
• Incorrect wallet addresses provided by the User;
• Unauthorized access to User mining equipment or wallet;
• Volatility or depreciation in the value of mined cryptocurrency;
• High electricity costs or hardware damage resulting from mining activity;
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, government actions, or regulatory changes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAND POOL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY USER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THAT USER TO GRAND POOL IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Services and receipt of mining rewards in your jurisdiction. Grand Pool does not provide tax advice and shall not be liable for any tax-related claims, penalties, or expenses incurred by Users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Website and within the Services are the exclusive property of Grand Pool or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any license to use Grand Pool's intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Privacy and Data

Grand Pool collects and processes the following data in connection with the Services:

• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
• IP addresses and worker identifiers of connected mining equipment;
• Browser type, access timestamps, and requested URLs for Website visitors;
• Mining statistics and hashrate data.

Grand Pool does not sell or share User data with third parties, except as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority. Grand Pool may disclose information to law enforcement or governmental authorities if required to do so by applicable law.

Wallet addresses used for mining are not treated as personally identifiable information under these Terms, as they are publicly visible on blockchain networks.

10. Modifications to the Services

Grand Pool reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time and without prior notice, including changing supported coins, adjusting pool fees, modifying payout thresholds, or shutting down individual coin pools. Grand Pool shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

12. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Grand Pool's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Grand Pool with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Grand Pool's prior written consent. Grand Pool may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services.
